French Dip Sandwiches Make my Heart Go Boom

nothing beats a super easy meal when i’ve got paint all over my hands and ideas whirling thru my brain

French Dip Sandwiches with green peppers, onions and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • deli roast beef
  • green peppers sliced
  • onion sliced
  • mushrooms chopped
  • olive oil
  • can of french onion soup
  • provolone
  • hoagie buns

Directions

empty soup into a sauce pan and add in deli roast beef….simmer over low heat…sautee onions, green peppers and mushrooms until tender…slice hoagies and fill with roast beef and veggies…top with a slice of provolone and put in oven for 10 min at 400…reserve soup liquid and pour into little cups for dipping….sooooo good..sooo easy! Makes my Heart Go Boom!
