Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 4 T pure maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coconut
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees….in a small bowl, combine bananas, vanilla, peanut butter and maple syrup and mix with a hand mixer until creamy. in another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt. add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to mix. fold in chocolate chips and coconut. place by heaping tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet and cook for 15 min…..
